They create fake photos and videos of supposed loved ones to gain trust. They mimic the voices of parents, children, bosses to trick people out of money. They produce realistic images and videos of nonexistent diseases, staged car accidents, destruction, and disasters. Their goal is to exploit trust, weakness, and ignorance.
